Cancel Before Dispatch — Full Refund

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Cancellations made before dispatch receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel and click Cancel Order
  3. Alternatively, contact us at support@bookshops.in or WhatsApp +91 99446 78357 with your order number

After Dispatch

Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return under our Returns Policy after the book is delivered.

Refund Timeline

Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. For prepaid orders, the amount is returned to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking). COD orders that have not yet been dispatched are cancelled at no charge.
